Most order payments will be processed and authorized within the next business day.
Once an order is submitted, credit cards will be pre-authorized for the total dollar amount of the order. Although the pre-authorized amount will show up immediately, this does not mean that charges have been made.
In addition to the bank’s authorization, Spigen software systems will run various authorization checks. If the order is not authorized by Spigen, the order will not be processed, nor will an order confirmation be issued. If this occurs, the customer will not be charged. It will; however, take on average 2-3 business days for the pre-authorized charge to disappear. In certain cases, it takes several days for the charges to go away.
