Why am I being asked to verify my order?

Your order may be put on hold to protect and serve our customers better. This is one of our methods to prevent fraudulent purchases. You will be asked to send us 2 things:

1) BIN Number (First six digits of the credit card used at purchase)
2) A Photo with the name and billing address from the order on any documents (bills, magazines, etc)

We will then review the information to see if we can verify the purchase.
